The Etxea Mill house is a Renaissance house dating back to the 17th century. Located in Samaniego and part of the Rioja Alavesa Wine Route. This quiet town is surrounded by vines and situated in a privileged environment at the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria. The facade is freestone with a spectacular carved wing which truly stands out. The house was totally rehabilitated in 2006 with high quality materials which integrate perfectly into the structure of the building. Featuring 3 floors with 6 double rooms, each with a complete bathroom. The house is characterised as its name indicates by an electric mill from the 60s located on the ground floor which serves as a living room. Two rooms are available on the first floor and four on the second; two of which with that very special touch. Attic-shaped and uneven, these rooms have a very special character. Breakfast is served in the txoko here a gorgeous garden with beautiful views looks over the vineyards whose excellent wines give this village such prestige and make it so easy lose yourself in one of its numerous wineries. No problem with parking and excellently situated to visit a 25km radius. One of the best tourist offers in La Rioja.
