OPENING TIMES
June - September: From Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays.
October - May: From Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The ironworks is in operation every Sunday from April to October (noon-2 p.m.), and the first Sunday of the month from November to March.

Beschreibung

From the 14th to the 18th Centuries, Legazpi was an important iron producer, with numerous ironworks driven by hydraulic mills. One of these, the Mirandaola, has been reconstructed and is working on Sundays, just like six centuries ago.

Mirandaola ironworks is one of the strong points of this journey through the relations between the Basque man and his environment, as set out in the Lenbur Territory-Museum.
