HITZALDI ITZULIA:  Basque Lecture Tour Series

NABO aspires to facilitate and be a part of a network of shared guest speakers wherein members of Basque clubs--and the general public of course--are cordially invited to attend to learn something of Basque interest.

NABO supports the Basque Studies Consortium which is comprised of universities promoting Basque Studies that include:

The University of Nevada, Reno NABO's mission is succinctly expressed with the formula of recreate + educate = perpetuate and that is why this lecture tour is being arranged with the support of three American universities in the three states with the largest populations of Basques:  the Center for Basque Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno; the emerging Basque Studies Program at California State University, Bakersfield, and the Basque Studies Program at Boise State University.
