This is a secret
page (i.e., there is no direct link to this) that is intended as
a reference for those utilizing our NABO email account.
Please use your discretion.
How does the
account work. This is an option for our officers to
send messages for NABO business. Each officer has his/her
own NABO email (e.g., email@example.com) but there are not
multiple email accounts; we all share the same inbox and address
book. When you send a message from the NABO account people
will see that it came from your singular NABO email account and
can respond just to you that which will then be automatically
routed to your own personal account.
Type in your web browser window: email.nabasque.org
then the password to enter the account is: sartu You'll
find the inbox now, and there you have the current messages.
None of this is private, so go ahead and check them out if you
want (I keep another account for my own personal use); it is all
message. If you want to send something (e.g., a
message to all the NABO delegates), then at the top left corner
of the page you have the word/link "Compose" and click on that.
In the compose window that now opens, you'll see at the top the
"From" box. The default is the facilitator address for the
message, so just click on the arrow to the right of that and
then select your own address. Now it's all the same in
that you have to add the address(es) in the "To" line, subject,
etc. If you click on the word "To" it will open the
address book where you will find the various mailing lists
(including NABO delegates), and below that is full list of
people. There is also a search engine there on that page
to just type in the person's name if you want to find it.
This message will go to the person(s) with the general signature
at the bottom of the page automatically inserted, but in their
message they will see that it came from just you and if they
respond it will go by to the person who sent it.
address book. Everyone has access to this address
book, and everyone can make changes as needed. Just be
sure that you're careful! At the top left you have the
"Address Book" link with two options: contacts (every person in
our list) and distribution lists (the pre-selected lists that
have created). Follow the directions there onscreen to
add, change, etc.
