- Paul Ygartua was born in a town near Liverpool, England with an English mother and a Basque father. He studied art in Great Britain and he also studied industrial design. He is an expert in working with metal. His murals and artworks here and there show that his interpretations about nations and people of the world have been very successful. So happens in the original paintings and murals of North America and at the Vancouver United Nations pavilion in 1986.<br><br>
