New York Times published yesterday an article about the kindness of visiting Euskal Herria

The prestigious New York Times published yesterday, Sunday 27th of September, an interesting article about Euskal Herria in its section of trips. The author of the article describes the culture, customs, landscapes, gastronomy…after a trip realised to Euskal Herria in June.

Euskal Herria seduces every year million of tourists who approach to know it. This is the case of the author of this article, Sarah Wildman, published yesterday in the prestigious New York Times, that relates its experiences through Euskal Herria.

Startin the route in Lekeitio (Biscay) and arriving until San Juan de Luz, in Iparralde, by all the coast of Biscay and Guipuzcoan, visiting localities like Bakio, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Bermeo, Ondarroa, Deba, Zarautz... and entering until magicians places like Zugarramurdi, the author describes different aspects that are drawing her attention during the trip.

The author, also remembers a previous visit to Euskal Herria, where she knew and she talked with the Basque writer Bernardo Atxaga, who helped her to know some peculiarities of the Basque culture and language.
