1. Processing of Personal Data

The personal data provided by the users in any of the forms that appear in the “Services” section of the www.eustat.es website shall be processed by Eustat pursuant to the standards and principles established in the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December, and its implementing regulations.

2. Files where the data requested are included and their purpose

The personal data provided shall be included in the files named “Complaints and Suggestions”, “Seminars” and Control of External Requests for Information”, which are the responsibility of Eustat, and which have been created by means of the Order dated 2 March 2004 of the Deputy Premier of the Basque Government and Basque Government Minister for the Treasury and Public Administration (Official Gazette of the Basque Country (BOPV) No 59, of 26 March 2004) and are duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The purpose for which the data provided will be used is the one that appears for each of the files in the aforementioned Order dated 2 March 2004.

3. Data transfer

Under no circumstances shall the aforementioned data by processed by or transferred to third parties, unless it is with the unequivocal consent of the person in question, or in the cases envisaged in Articles 6.2 and 11.2 of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December (Spanish Office Gazette No 298, of 14 December 1999).

4. Rights of the interested parties

Pursuant to the aforementioned Act 15/1999, the assignor of the data may seek clarification regarding the confidentiality of or the processing of his data, or exercise his legal rights of information, objection, access, rectification and cancellation (or any other right to which he believes he is entitled).
