Methodological Advice Service

EUSTAT is pioneering work in different areas of Statistics and Information Technology. At present, research and development projects are focused on the following areas: indicators of the global quality of statistical data, relational data bases, statistical software, economic, demographic and social models, sample and population adjustments by multi-variant and iterative methods, multi-variant object analysis, etc.

EUSTAT, as a public service, offers external advice on subjects related to areas of research and development, in addition to design, methodology, production and diffusion of official statistics, such as the following:

Advice may be requested by private companies, public bodies or private individuals, by signing a contract between the requester and EUSTAT, in which the period of execution and the an estimate of costs are indicated, governed by Article 4 of the current price order.
