euskadi.net is the Basque Administration Internet Portal whose overall mission is to bring the Administration closer to the public.
euskadi.net aims to be a Portal which enables citizens and also companies to directly access the services offered by the Basque Administration and conveniently and simply interact with it, from requests for documentation, initiating an application, finding out the state of a specific matter or proceedings, to identifying the most suitable professionals for each case and if needed, arranging a meeting with them.
In short, it is a step further in the process undertaken by the Basque Government in consolidating a Culture of Service for its customers, for Basque Society as a whole.
euskadi.net provides everyone with ample information on the services offered by the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.
This sizeable amount of information is structured as a network made up of the following types of Portals:
The subject area Portals are structured so as to best suit the specific needs of each case, depending on the type and nature of their content.
euskadi.net will gradually be improving and extending its content. It will also gradually be offering the opportunity to carry out paperwork in the course of proceedings and make personalised queries on the state of individual cases.
The objective is to enable access, from this new Basque Administration Portal, to general information, proceedings and personalised queries on a variety of benefits and subsidies, grants, permits, registrations, etc., or any other service by the different Departments of the Basque Government, aimed both at the general public and specific sectors (companies, youth, etc.).
euskadi.net also wishes to be receptive to the opinions and demands of the Basque public, their associations, organisations and companies, etc. Therefore, it will have a meeting point for receiving opinions, requests or proposals that will help improve both the range of services of the Portal itself and the Administration in general.
In short, the new euskadi.net arises with a clear mission to serve Basque society and those who, from beyond its boundaries, need to communicate with its Administration.
