Accessibility is the concept behind attempts to eliminate, or at least minimise, the barriers encountered by certain groups of users when they browse the Internet and thus enable them to access the information. These difficulties may be associated with physical or psychological issues or related to the technology they use:

The main reasons for this are the technical complexity of the website in question or certain technological difficulties that still exist.
