Traveling Trunks

Rental Program

If you would like to schedule a rental, have additional questions or would like to view any of the Traveling Trunks’ lesson plans or content, please contact the Basque Museum at 343-2671 or info@basquemuseum.com

The rental fee for the trunk is $10.

The rental period is a maximum of 2 weeks.

Payment: All rentals must be paid either in advance, or at the time of pick up.

Trunk Delivery and Pick-up: Teachers are responsible for picking up, returning and/or shipping trunks.

Foreign Land: My New Life in Idaho

The Foreign Land trunk is a large plastic trunk that contains various Basque items that help with the interpretation of Basque history in the U.S. Inside you will find Basque music CDs, Basque dancing DVDs, sports and dance equipment, recipe books, along with many other things and an educational workbook. The trunk is geared toward the 4th grade level and corresponds to Idaho Social Studies Standards.
