Food Concessions

Chefs of Basque Country are hailed for modernizing traditional dishes with innovative twists. California is celebrated for its culinary diversity, with street food to fine dining influenced by immigrants from Central and South America, Asia, and beyond.

As you take in the sights, sounds, and smells of these two regions, enjoy a variety of their foods. Food concession tents are open every day of the Festival from 11 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.
